The microarchaeological seminars were initiated in 2002 by Per Cornell and Fredrik Fahlander as a platform for local and international researchers where they can present and discuss ongoing projects in friendly a non-hierarchical milieu. The themes are not restricted to archaeological studies, but to a wider range of subjects within the humanist and social sciences that in some way or another share aspects and interests of the microarchaeological project. The seminars occur on irregular basis, but usually once or twice a month, normally on Thursdays between 18-21. The seminars are normally held in Swedish and are frequented by students and researchers of e.g., Historical studies, Anthropology and Archaeology. Ten to fifteen people normally visit the seminars.

Time and Other.
